RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction, or exchange it for another item of your choice.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase, and must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Culture Connection 360 reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

RETURNING ONLINE MERCHANDISE
1. EMAIL - You can email us at CultureConnection360@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding any return request. Please include your order number in your email.
2. RETURN SHIPPING LABEL - Within 1-2 business days of receiving your return request, we will send you a printable UPS return shipping label via email. We will deduct the shipping cost from your order refund for return postage when using the Culture Connection 360 return shipping label. If you prefer to use your own method of shipment, we recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
3. PACK & SHIP - Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and send to:

4. REFUND - Your refund will be in the same method of payment as your order. Please allow 10-14 days for a full refund of your returned merchandise. Merchandise received after 30 days will be issued store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - At this time , we do not offer the return label service for international orders. International returns should be shipped to the address above through a carrier of your choosing. Any additional duties or fees associated with the international returns incurred by Culture Connection 360 will be deducted from international refunds.
